Complaints

As a student you can lodge a complaint about a situation that you are not happy with or appeal a decision made by FEG.

Complaints may be made in relation to any aspect of FEG’s services and activities including:

  • the application and enrolment process
  • marketing information
  • the quality of training and assessment provided
  • training and assessment matters, including student progress, student support and assessment requirements
  • the way someone has been treated
  • the actions of another student

Informal Resolution

You are encouraged to resolve any issue informally by discussing them with the appropriate staff member.

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of the discussion or it does not provide you with an acceptable resolution you can proceed to the formal process.
